Option 1

Initially, I will consult with you in order to decide upon an overall style and budget for your showhouse. Having decided upon a style, I will liaise with your chosen suppliers of kitchen, sanitary ware, wardrobes, fireplaces etc. in order to co-ordinate the overall design for the house/apartment. I will also co-ordinate the fitting of all of the above. I understand that you may have already negotiated preferential prices from your regular suppliers, so under this option I will not have any direct involvement in the payment of or negotiation of prices for your chosen suppliers. I will however be fully involved in the purchase of the soft furnishings and general furniture. I will also choose and arrange for soft furnishings, colour schemes etc, in addition to co-ordinating deliveries of furniture and liaising with your contractors e.g. painters, tilers etc. The end result will be a spectacular property, which will appeal greatly to your target market and will be ready within your stated timeframe for your sales team to step into and start selling units

Option 2

Should it be the case that you simply do not have the time to choose suppliers of kitchens etc, I can take charge of this area too. I will take complete control of the entire project, selecting suppliers, arranging payment, negotiating special prices on fixtures such as wardrobes and kitchens etc. In addition to this, I will also carry out all of the services which I have referred to in option 1 above. Essentially, I will arrange every aspect of the full kit-out of your showhouse, within budget and within time. So, whether you prefer option 1 or option 2, you are guaranteed in either case to receive the best possible service and you will have the satisfaction of knowing that your showhouse portrays the image and desirability that you wish it portray.
